Reporting Hours

The annual deadline for reporiting volunteer hours for each previous year is January 15th
These hours help in justifying funding for the MG Program.

You can use your browser toolbar printer icon to print a fresh copy of your Volunteer Hours log. CLICK HERE

Whether you have your badge or are still working on your first 40 hours EVERYONE should report hours on a regular basis
to avoid the year-end rush. Be sure to only specify the volunteer e-mail address ( walt@haysfamily.org ) in the "To" of your e-mailed data so that Yahoo does not distribute your message to all members.
snail-mail:
  • Walt Hayes
  • 127 Hillbrook Drive
  • Spartanburg, SC 29307
  • or send e-mail - walt@haysfamily.org
